Within a span of two year from the establishment, Milano has proved itself that quality is their benchmark of the organization, so Milano now a days, over loaded with demand of their products from the Indian and overseas markets.

To make the Milano products best in market, Milano has installed the plant with the vision of having latest technology of board making.

Pulper : To reach to the target of making best board, Milano have short former in forming zone of the mould section and being supported by the strong fiber line in pulp section.

Q.C.S. & D.C.S : Both pulp mill and machine are being operated by Q.C.S & D.C.S. system supplied by M/s. ABB, India.

Coaters : To get the best printing result, we have 2 top coaters and 1 bottom coater supplied by one of the best Indian company and its drying arrangement by hot air system has been supplied by the best Indian company, M/s. Sonar, India.

Powers : We have installed power station of 5000 KVA, power being fed by GEB.

ETP : We have a very good counter current and 0 discharge system in our ETP. That is monitored 365 days with a very senior technical team.

Boiler : Presently we have FBC boiler having capacity of 18 TPH. This is also indigenously made by the reputed company from India.

Quality control : As the quality is our goal, so that the department is well equipped with varied number of instruments those either imported or indigenously made, so our laboratory technician are always engaged to evaluate the physical & chemical properties of our board.

To control the quality like GSM, Moisture profile, consistency & flow are being regularly monitored by the above system supplied by the ABB, India.

Raw Materials : To make our above products, 70% raw materials are being imported from different counties like Europe, USA, Gulf, Africa etc. Rest quantity being procured locally from Bombay and Ahmedabad etc.

Modernization and Expansion : Now our management is planning for further modernization and expansion of the existing plant to achieve better production with best quality.
